Full Time Medical Case Manager to provide medical case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS in the 5 northern counties of Maine, Washington, Hancock, Aroostook, Penobscot and Piscataquis.  Case Manager will provide medical case management, adherence counseling, and support services at client’s homes and community locations and via telehealth. 

Office Assistant needed full time. Self motivated individual needed to provide support for busy administrative and business office. Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as being organized. Knowledge and experience with social media, data base applications, Microsoft excel and word programs.

Needed to practice clinical dental hygiene as part of our dental team serving the residents of Washington County. The Dental Hygienist will participate in public oral health improvement efforts at the School Health Clinic. Must have Maine Licensure. Excellent benefit package. Will work with eligible candidate for participation in Federal School Loan Repayment program and/or Loan Forgiveness programs.
