The Northern Maine HIV Program offers Ryan White Part C services for the northern five counties of Maine, including Aroostook, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Washington, as well as outreach counseling, testing, referral, and linkage to care for HIV and Hepatitis C in Washington County.
